Privacy policy
Last updated 25 October 2026.
This is what Beeloop keeps about you, why, and what you can do about it.
What we keep
- Your account: your email, and your password as a one-way hash if you set one. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we get your email from them.
- Your games: the designs and pictures you keep in your account, and your conversations with the design partner on the website.
- Your chats in the app: when the app is signed in to your account, your conversations with the design partner there (what you write, its replies and the steps it takes), sent after each reply. You can turn this off in the app's Settings (Share my chats).
- Use and payments: the art you make (a copy of each picture, with what it was asked to draw) and its cost in credits, the messages you send on the website, and your plan. Stripe handles card payments: we never see your card.
- Abuse prevention: a one-way hash of the network you sign up or start from, so free messages and referral credits go to real people.
- Reports from the app: crash and problem reports, only if you turn them on, without your games' content.
- Comments on our Instagram: when you comment the word we ask for on one of our posts, we keep your Instagram username, your comment and whether we sent you the message you asked for, so it goes to you once. Meta passes them to us through Instagram's official API.
- Visits to this site: the pages you open, the downloads you start and the site you came from, with the kind of computer you're on. To count you once a day, we hash your network and browser with a key that changes daily. We never keep your address, and one day's visits can't be linked to the next.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in (or to keep a visitor's game for them), one that protects forms, and one that remembers a friend's link you came from. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Who looks at it
We look at the games kept in accounts, the pictures made with Beeloop and the conversations with the design partner, on the website and in the app (unless you've turned sharing off), to see what people make, improve Beeloop and fix problems. We never sell them or use them for advertising.
Who else handles it
Our hosting, storage and email providers keep the service running; Stripe takes payments; and AI services process what you send to the design partner and the art you ask for, to make it. They handle it only to do that work for us.
How long we keep it
Your account and games stay until you ask us to delete them. A visitor's games are deleted a week after their last visit unless they sign up. Counts of visits to this site are kept for 400 days.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and games to be deleted, by writing to accounts@beeloop.ai. To have your Instagram comment and username deleted, write to the same address with your username.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
