Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Beeloop for using Beeloop Engine: the app, the website at beeloop.ai and your Beeloop account. By creating an account or using them, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in safe; you're responsible for what's done with your account.
• One free account per person. Free credits come with a confirmed email and are given once per person.
• Visitors can start designing on the website without an account. Their games are kept for a few days after their last visit and then deleted, unless they sign up.

Your games

What you make is yours. You let us store and process it so the service works: keeping your games in your account, keeping the website and your computers in step, and sending what's needed to the AI services that write the design partner's replies and draw the art you ask for.

Only upload pictures and text you have the right to use. You're responsible for the games you make and what you do with them.

AI

The design partner and the art are made by AI. They can be wrong, odd or similar to existing work: look over what they make before you rely on it or publish it.

Credits and plans

• Art is paid for with credits or a plan. Prices are shown before you spend credits.
• Credits aren't money: they can't be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Plans renew until you cancel them from your account page. A yearly plan is paid for the year ahead; cancelling it stops the next renewal, and the plan runs to the end of the year paid for.

Fair use

Don't use Beeloop to break the law or to harm others, and don't try to get around its limits (free messages, credits, accounts). We may limit or close accounts that do.

The service

We work to keep Beeloop running well, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees, and it can change. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for more than you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
